From 4.8 mm to 0.6 mm: with Ampia 180 you can make sheets of dough as wide as 180 mm, fettuccine (6 mm), tagliolini (1.5 mm) and the 10-position regulate button you can choose the thickness of the paste. This machine can not be used with additional accessories.
