HOW ARE THE SHIPPING COSTS CALCULATED?
We ship to different countries within Europe. Different rates are applied depending on the country of destination.
Shipping costs are calculated during check out and are as follows:
-Group 1: Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourg, Germany and France: FREE
-Group 2: Austria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Poland, Slovenia, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Bulgaria, Slovenia, Sweden, Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania: €9,95
-Group 3: Bosnia and Herzegovina, Finland, Croatia, Norway, Romania and Serbia: €25,95
We DO NOT ship to United Kingdom, Switzerland, Greece, Ukraine, Iceland, Canary Islands, Sicily, Malta, Sardinia, Corsica, Azores, Channel Islands and Reunion.
These rates are valid for packages up to 29kg.
DOES THE SHIPPING COST INCLUDE VAT?
Yes, the shipping costs includes VAT.
From 1 July there is a new legislation in Europe whereby VAT is charged for both private individuals and traders.
CAN I ENJOY FREE DELIVERY?
Yes, that's possible!
For the countries in Group 1 delivery is FREE
For the countries in Group 2, delivery is free from a purchase amount of €79.00
For the countries in Group 3, delivery is free from a purchase amount of €149.00
The calculation is done automatically at check-out.
CAN I FOLLOW MY ORDER MYSELF?
As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive an email from us with a tracking code. This gives you the opportunity to see at any time where your package is and exactly when it will be delivered to you.
Our regular parcel service is DPD. Exceptionally large packages or special orders can also be delivered via a regular transport service.
WHAT IS THE DELIVERY TIME?
As soon as we receive your payment, your order is immediately forwarded to our warehouse where your order is prepared for shipment. Usually your order leaves the same day to the distribution center of the parcel service.
In the countries of Group 1 delivery will be made after 1-3 working days.
For the countries of Group 2 and 3, a delivery period of 3-7 working days applies.
You can track your package yourself using the tracking code you receive from us.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
As long as your order has not yet been paid for, you can cancel the order free of charge. When the order has been paid and has already been processed in our warehouse or forwarded to the parcel service, the handling costs and/or shipping costs will be deducted from the amount to be refunded.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF THE GOODS ARE DAMAGED?
We make every effort to pre-check our products and pack them with the utmost care before shipping. However, it can happen that damage occurs during transport. In this case, we ask you to report the damage to us within 48 hours of receipt of the goods by email ([email protected]).
For the return of damaged goods, YOURKITCHEN.eu provides a prepaid return label. You must use this return label for the return shipment. If you choose to return via another parcel service or on your own initiative, the costs are for your own account. These are not refundable.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
As a consumer you are entitled to a "cooling off period" of 14 days from the day of delivery. This means that you can return your order without giving a reason.
In this case, the product must be unused and returned in its original undamaged packaging!
We advise you to choose parcel post when returning. The shipping costs for the return are for your account.
As soon as we have received the goods back in good condition, the refund of the purchase amount will be refunded. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Please note: the account number you provide for the refund must be the same as the account number from which you made the payment to YOURKITCHEN.eu. This in connection with any fraud with refunds.

WHICH ITEMS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Business sales ("business to business") CANNOT be returned unless agreed in advance.
Personalized products or customizations CANNOT be returned.
Items or products that have been discounted (in whatever form) CANNOT be returned.
